We believe the "one teacher for one student" approach is the only way to truly get to know a student and create a real emotional connection. When a student feels heard, understood and supported, they’re better able to learn. Our 1-to-1 private classroom lets us present course material at a pace and in a style that suits each student’s individual interests, strengths and challenges – unlocking the incredible potential in every kid.

We work with students who are getting ready to finish their high school degrees and are looking for the best college to fit their needs, passions, and goals. We guide them through the entire college application process.
These courses are not part of our K-12 School program; rather they are chosen by the student according to their interests. We design the program, and we pick the team. In the end, we issue a transcript certifying the work and knowledge acquired. For students of all ages.
At The Launch Pad, every student is an individual and is part of our family. This leads to a more precise learning experience, a sense of belonging, boosted confidence and, ultimately, success. We embrace a progressive vision of education focused on students mastering curriculum with personalized one-to-one instruction and tutorial support, in an atmosphere where they feel safe, confident, and engaged.
In 2009, Natalia Gonzáles Zárate and Joaquín Antonio Muñoz Ortíz founded The Launch Pad - TLP, a tutoring center.
TLP was born to bring extracurricular academic support to students from middle school, high-school, college and university for them to feel more engaged with a subject, fill knowledge gaps, improve their learning techniques or that wanted to learn how to solve their learning difficulties.
From the beginning, TLP has been a learning center rooted in the "one teacher for one student" approach; which means that every single class and other learning activities are in the form of one teacher per student. This method allows TLP to properly design the teaching/learning procedures in a personalized way that adapts to the necessities, interests, and potential of every single student.
